Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Think Faster Languages Ltd(“we”, “us”, “our”), the provider of Think Faster Languages (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Who can use it

The service is open to language learners of any age. If you are under 13 you may only use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

Your account

Keep your password private and don’t share your account - access is for one person, and you may be signed in on one device at a time. You are responsible for activity under your account. Repeated failed logins temporarily lock the account to protect it.

Plans, prices and payment

• Subscriptions (Standard and Plus) are billed monthly or yearly, whichever you choose, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
• One-off purchases (a single level, a full course, or a bundle) are a single payment and give you lasting access to what you bought.
• Free trial, where offered, runs for 7 days and opens everything a Plus subscription unlocks - every language, every level and every module - together with one AI-generated lesson. No card is needed and it does not turn into a paid subscription on its own; to keep going you choose a plan when you’re ready.
• Payments are taken by Stripe on the web, and by Apple or Google in the phone apps, under their terms.

Cancelling and refunds

Subscriptions are not refundable (you get a free trial to try everything first) - you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you’ve paid for. One-off course purchases come with a 7-day refund window. Full details, including gifts and app-store purchases, are in our Refund Policy. Nothing there affects your statutory rights if something is faulty or not as described.

Gifts and coupons

Gift coupons are for one-time use, do not expire, and are non-refundable once purchased. A coupon can be redeemed once by one person for the access it describes.

Custom (AI-generated) lessons

Subscribers can generate custom lessons using AI. These are produced automatically and, like any automated language tool, may occasionally contain mistakes. They are for learning practice and are not a substitute for professional translation or teaching. Please don’t use the generator to create unlawful, harmful or abusive content.

Acceptable use

By using the service you agree not to:

• share, resell or sublicense your account or the course content;
• copy, scrape or redistribute the lessons, audio or other content;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• misuse the AI generator to produce unlawful or abusive material.

Our content

The courses, lessons, audio, branding and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning while your access is active. Notes you write remain yours.

Availability

We work to keep the service running well but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may update or change features over time. We may carry out maintenance that briefly interrupts access.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from your own misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

Ending your access

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

Changes to these terms or prices

We may update these terms or our prices. If a change is significant we’ll give reasonable notice, and the “last updated” date above shows the current version. A price change never affects a period you’ve already paid for.
